have you been tested for thrush? thrush causes white patches on the tongue , call your doctor, if that's what it is they will give you medication to get rid of it. 3 years is an awful long time to let something like that go.What is the relationship between white fungus on tongue and cancer?
this is called trush.it's a yeast infection.you need antibiotics.clear it right up.it is usually caused from putting nasty dirty things in your mouth.
sounds like thrush. i got a bad case of it from antibiotics. try eating plain yogurt and you dr can also prescribe an anti fungal medication. and i know of no connection between thrust and cancer. many many babies get thrush, as do breastfeeding mothers (on the breast), would that lead to breast cancer? dont think so. talk to your dr
The white fungus on the tongue is usually candida... also called thrush. It is a frequent infection in severely ill people with reduced immune system. Consequently, it is frequent in advanced cancer patients and HIV patients. It can be easily treated. SO the relationship is due to reduced immunity in cancer.
