What works to erradicate fungus growth in horse's ear?

I've seen it a lot over the years. It is a white spot or spots inside the ear. Lotrimin doesn't do the job. Any ideas? What works to erradicate fungus growth in horse's ear?
It's not a fungus. It's called Aural plaques.

I've heard that this stuff works: www.dermafas.com

I have not tried it myself as it's not available in Canada. What works to erradicate fungus growth in horse's ear?
try babyoil just a couple drop in each ear.
M-T-G from shapleys.
Try tea tree oil (it's an essential oil you can find in a health food store and some grocery stores) It must be the pure stuff..put it on a cotton ball or q-tip and wet the problem area once or twice a day till it's gone. It cured my rescued horses rain rot too. It works like an antibacterial.
Try using a Q tip that has been dipped in Apple Cider Vinegar...haven't tried it on this but it usually works on everything else
cherry jello.
listerine is the onlly thing iveever tried taht works! works great with rainrot too/
