Who has heard of yellow fungus that grows on mulch?

There's nothing wrong with the fungus on mulch. It is not a lawn fungus. Many people see that and get the creeps because of the way it looks. Just keep your animals away from it, eventually it dries up and decinigrates, I have had the fungus before.Who has heard of yellow fungus that grows on mulch?

just rake it out and dispose of it.... wet mulch encourages it... hot and dry makes it go away....

Just disturb it. take a rake over it and break it up.

There are different names for the various fungi that grow on mulch. One is called ';Dog Vomit Fungus'; (for reasons you can probably guess...) They are harmless, and a normal process in decomposition.
