What causes mold and fungus to grow in diesel fuel, and what can I do to stop it?

I seem to have mold in my overhead fuel storage tank and I am constantly having to change fuel filters on my tractors. I have used Sea-Foam for awhile, to no avail. Any help would be appreciatedWhat causes mold and fungus to grow in diesel fuel, and what can I do to stop it?

REDLINE OILS HAVE AND ANTI FUNGAL THAT WORKS GREAT YOU CAN GET IT AT ANY REDLINE OIL DEALER OR ON THE WEB SEARCH UNDER REDLINE OIL
I dump a small amount of gasoline in with my fuel and have no problems. The ratio is like one half cup to ten gallons. Hope I have been helpful
